Application of Hierarchical Colored Petri Nets for Technological Facilities’ Maintenance Process Evaluation

The high reliability of modern engineering systems is achieved by performing predictive maintenance. Mathematical models based on stochastic timed colored Petri nets are an effective tool for developing complex production processes Industry 4.0. This article discusses the maintainability evaluation used in hierarchical net models. simulation model was built using nets, and constructed with four levels repair maintenance modules. New module structures proposed simulating schedule tasks interaction technological units. emphasis predicting repair, moving units to service, replacing units, forming a reserve. design modules allows setting probabilistic parameters distributions equipment failures, requests unit maintenance, time, recovery time after repair. proposes use conjunction solving problem minimizing cost service. iterative procedure consists obtaining approximate distribution tasks, subsequent process, adjusting optimization constraints. For example, considered assess autonomous agricultural vehicles. results experiments presented. A agrotechnical process performed, during which vehicles were maneuvered, taken out or returned reserve fund. interdependencies preventive periods, service operations, failure rates, obtained order comply task scheduling. generalization, but it especially studying mobile servicing.
